It can be made in many various recipes. In the Philippines, banana bread is generally called &#8220;banana cake.&#8221; It was introduced during the American colonial period in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>There are many types of Bananas in India. Most banana bread serves as a good source of key vitamins and minerals.  It\u2019s also, contains   Protein, Healthy Heart, Energy Boost, Healthy Fats. Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamin B6. Banana cake made with these fruits contains a good amount of these nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>How to make Banana Cake:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>200 gms MILKMAID<br \/>\n75 gms Nourish Dahi<br \/>\n50 gms Softened Butter<br \/>\n200 gms Maida<br \/>\n1 spoon Baking powder<br \/>\n1 table spoon Baking Soda<br \/>\n3 Banana<br \/>\n1 Spoon Vanilla essence<\/p>\n<p>Direction:<\/p>\n<p>1. Firstly, Preheat the oven. Grease a loaf cake pan and dust with flour and keep aside.<br \/>\n2. Beat together MILKMAID and butter in a bowl till creamy. Add dahi and beat well.<br \/>\n3. Maida, baking powder, and baking soda mix it well. Fold the maida mixture into the above batter. Add the bananas and vanilla essence and mix well.<br \/>\n4. Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 \u201330 minutes till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br \/>\n5. Cool for 5 minutes.
