melons – 450 g
sugar – 1 cup
baking powder – 2/5 tsp
flour – 1 4/5 cups
How to cook
Preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven.
Slice up the melon and beat with the sugar. Add the melon and blend everything.
Mix with the flour and baking powder, stir very well.
Transfer the mixture to an oiled baking form and bake about 50 min. This is very easy and delicious cake.
