Caramel Custard

Let’s Make Caramel Custard…

Ingredients

¼ cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup curd / yogurt
½ cup cream
½ cup condensed milk / milkmaid
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Transfer the caramel sugar into a bowl. Cool for 5 minutes or until the caramel sugar sets completely.

further in a large bowl take ½ cup milk, ½ cup curd, ½ cup cream and ½ cup condensed milk and also add 1 tbsp custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

whisk and mix until everything is well combined.

pour in caramel set bowl, cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until its set completely, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.

finally, unmould the caramel custard pudding and enjoy the taste.
