This type of cake is made by combining two different elements like oil and sponge cake. Most people use vegetable oil instead of butter because it gives a lavishness to the base and for a light and smooth touch we can also add eggs and baking powder. The main ingredients we use in this type of cake-like Flour, Vegetable oil, Eggs, Sugar. It used baking powder and vegetable oil firstly, and the eggs are using separated. That combination makes a rich flavor with a lighter texture just like a sponge cake.

So chiffon cake is made with vegetable oil instead of using butter. Also, there are fewer flavors available to make this type of cake because of no use of the butter but still, they are listing in good and healthy cakes. Now, you guys can get the ingredients as below,

Ingredients we use:

1. 3/4 cups cold water
2. 6 white egg
3. 2 cups flour
4. 1 tbsp baking powder
5. 2 cups sugar
6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 3 tsp vanilla extract
