We can decorate it with cream layer also and it makes very heavy and attractive looks sometimes.
Fruitcake generally made with dried fruits and several nuts and that’s why we can called fruit bread also. Generally this type of cake served in occasions like, Christmas and Wedding.
Given their rich taste, in this type of cake, oftentimes used butter or cream on their base and soaked in sugar. We can also add a pomegranate seeds, honey, pine nuts, spices, and preserved fruits for the awesome taste.
The main ingredients used in fruit cake are – Candied fruit or dried fruit, spices, sugar, flour, butter, nuts. Sugar is listing in one of the important ingredients because this cake doesn’t go bad for a longest time! We can add different type of variations like, Gluten-free fruitcake and Iced fruitcake.

2. 1/2 tbsp baking soda
3. 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
4. 1 cup cream
5. 500-600g dried mixed fruit (walnut)
6. 3 eggs
7. 100g brown sugar
8. 1 cup butter
9. 3-4 cup water
10. 1 cup vanilla extract (optional)
