Here, I am sharing recipe of hazelnut cake with some chocolate sour cream frosting as i said it is one of the best oven dessert you liked.

Ingredients:

=> for the cake:

5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups browned sugar
2 cups cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup raw divided hazelnuts
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract(which is totally optional)

=> for the frosting:

1/2 cup butter
2 tsp corn syrup
11 semisweet chocolate
2 cups sour cream3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Set your oven to 350 degrees. Makes three layer and eight inch cake. it can be serving 10 to 15 people.
