Rose Cake

Rose flavored cakes are basically made with floral flavor that is not much kind of sweet and not quite savory. Rose is a delicate flavor which mainly contains floral, fruity, perfume like and little sweetness.

This type of cakes are too demandable at outside. So, bakers love to add some different flavor into rose flavor and that makes beautiful and delicious cakes. There are some good flavors we will go with or mix to rose flavor. It goes well with some spices flavors like cardamom, saffron or jasmine. We can also use some different nuts like roasted almonds, pistachios and coconuts for decoration and have to add this nuts for taste too.

You can use rosewater instead and for similar fragrance touch we can swap in rosewater for a slightly floral touch instead of vanilla. This works so well in cakes, muffins, tarts and cookie dough.

It is actually very safe to use on cake. Fresh flowers also works nice. Yes but one thing you have to remember while baking never push flower stems into the cake.

The basic ingredients of cake are: flour, sugar, eggs, salt, liquid, leavening agents, etc..

4 large eggs
4 cups vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup white raw milk
1-2 tsp rose water
