Patty Cakes

Patty cakes are small-scale. Essentially a cupcake but more importantly a single individual serving of cake. This term is famous via one famous poem named “Pat-A-Cake” patty cake is regularly used in Australian English. This poem is all about Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker’s man, Bake me a cake, as fast as you can; Pat it, prick it and mark it with B.

Patty cakes are used in wedding ceremonies, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and more. There is no realistic name as petty cake. But on one plus note, you can bake any cake as petty cake. Just don’t expect to find it in a bakery.

This is how you can make a patty cake:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. prepare a cup tray with patty pans and set.
2. Mix cream, butter, vanilla, and sugar together, adding eggs one at a time.
3. Add half of the flour and milk and then repeat until well combined.
4. Pour equal amounts into the patty pans and bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Now let them cool it and add your favorite icing.
