1 cube dark chocolate
1 chocolate pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup cream
3 cup canola oil
3 cup coffee
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter
4 spoons semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 spoons unsweetened chocolate, chopped
Direction:
1. In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; at low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into a well-greased 10-in.
3. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
5. On top of a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate.
6. Stir occasionally until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Drizzle over cake.
