Tarts and Pies

Pies have a thin and smooth crust, while tarts have a thick and crumbly crust that falls down when pieces are cut from the tart. Pies can be served in the same dish in which they’re made. But tarts need to be taken out and molded if needed.

A tart is a freestanding shallow which is an open-faced pastry. It is often baked in a tart pan with fluted or straight sides. Smaller tarts are occasionally known as tartlets which can be fit very adorably in the palm of your hand. The tart was the British word known from the 19th century. It is used as slang that means pretty woman and it is a shorting of sweetheart nowadays.

There are so many types of tarts we can see but some of them are different and unique tarts that are very demandable.

It is made from baking uncooked along with the crust. Pumpkin pie is very demand able pie. It is one kind of dessert pie with a spiced and it covers with based custard filling.
