Bread is the most important ingredient in many cakes. Bread is the main part or base of the cake. There are so many people who love to eat bread from whole cake and some people love to eat cream on the cake. So, basically, every simple cake looks like the bottom as a bread base and toppings as cream on the cake. So, bread could be very good quality. These bread are different than regular bread.
We can define a bread cake as a very soft, round and it looks like a flattish bread roll which is traditionally leavened with a barn. Typically bread is made for yeast, it is only made for helping raise not for cake. But nowadays people love to use the cake. The difference between cake and bread is that cake is sweeter, more delicious and it produced more calories than bread. Cakes are also taking a lot of ingredients to make them much tastier while the bread is being prepared chiefly with flour. That’s why people can love to bake bread as a cake.
Cakes and bread are mostly similar to eat as dessert dishes. Mixing the cake ingredients produces too much gluten and that’s why it turns into a soft cake while baking a more similar to bread. Basically, bread is leavened with yeast and it is not too sweet. But quick bread is chemically leavened and plenty sweet. In fact, it is a cake. Seriously it is just cake in a loaf pan.
