Biscuit Cake is extremely flavorsome and one of the easiest cakes anyone can make. This cake is made with readymade choco biscuits, milk, and Eno and can be either baked in an oven or in a cooker. Serve this soft, moist, and spongy cake to kids, or enjoy it in the dessert. The taste is similar to a chocolate cake, but has a little spongy and more tender in texture.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Parle-G biscuit
1 packet BournBon biscuit
1 packet OREO biscuit
1 packet ENO
1 spoon of melted butter
2 big cups of fresh milk
2 spoons of powdered sugar
1/2 spoon cocoa powder

PREPARATION:
Step-1 Preheat the oven.
Step-2 Greece butter to the surface of the cake mold then sprinkle flour and spread it.
Step-3 Crush all biscuits like Parle-G, BournBon & OREO then add 1 spoon of melted butter and add powdered sugar then add cocoa powder mix it well and add milk gradually, add 1 pouch of ENO and place this batter into a cake mold.
Step-4 Bake for 30 minutes and cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Gently remove the cakes from the mold and continue to cool.
Step-5 Decorate the cake as per your choice you can apply fondant or use flavored frosting.
Step-6 Decorate it using choco chips or dry fruit hub sprinkles, silver balls, rainbow sprinkles, sugar-coated stuff, etc.
